KARATE FOR CHANGE – ENROLLMENT & PAYMENT POLICY Please review before registering. By enrolling in the Karate for Change program at The Total PKG, the parent, guardian, or adult participant agrees to the following terms: Monthly tuition is $200 for two classes per week, held on Mondays and Wednesdays. A $50 registration fee is also required. All registration fees, tuition payments, and other program-related payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Payments may not be transferred to another student, family member, class, program, month, service, or account credit. Monthly tuition reserves the student’s space in the program for the entire month. Tuition remains the same whether the student attends every scheduled class, attends only a portion of the month, begins after the month has started, misses classes, takes a vacation, becomes unavailable, or chooses to discontinue participation before the month ends. There are no refunds, credits, deductions, rollovers, or prorated rates for missed classes or unused portions of the month. Missed classes are not guaranteed to be rescheduled or made up. A makeup or account adjustment may only be offered when a class is canceled directly by Karate for Change or The Total PKG, at the program’s discretion. Enrollment is not considered complete until all required registration information, waivers, and payments have been submitted. Continued participation may require the account to remain current and in good standing. By completing registration and submitting payment, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to this policy.
