By purchasing a class, weekly pass, or monthly membership for The Total Burn, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies: DROP-IN CLASSES All drop-in class purchases are non-refundable. Drop-in classes may be transferred to a different class date only if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance via email, phone call, or by updating your booking online. Once the selected class date begins or is missed, the class is forfeited and cannot be transferred, credited, or refunded. WEEKLY PASSES Weekly passes are non-refundable and must be paid before the start of the selected week. Weekly passes may only be transferred to a different week if the request is made before the original week begins. Requests must be submitted via email prior to Monday of the scheduled week. Once Monday arrives, the purchased week becomes an active paid week and cannot be transferred, refunded, credited, or moved. Participants may still attend any remaining classes included in that active paid week. MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS All monthly membership payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-prorated. Monthly memberships must be paid on or before the 1st of each month to maintain active status. Monthly passes cannot be purchased after the 1st of the month. If a monthly pass can no longer be purchased for that month, participants may still attend classes using drop-in or weekly pass options. No refunds, credits, or adjustments will be provided for missed classes, vacations, schedule conflicts, illness, or partial attendance during the month. The Total Burn does not require annual contracts or long-term commitments. Members have the flexibility to pay monthly, weekly, or per class based on what works best for their schedule and fitness goals. GENERAL POLICY The Total Burn reserves the right to update schedules, instructors, or class formats when necessary. By participating, members acknowledge that results vary by individual and consistency is key to achieving fitness goals.
