Cancellation Policy

Program Policies & Enrollment Agreement By enrolling in Camp CRE8 at The Total PKG Creative Studios, parents/guardians agree to the following: Tuition & Payment Full payment or approved payment plan must be completed prior to camp start. Early Bird pricing is valid only if payment is received by April 10. Enrollment is not secured until payment is processed. Strict Non-Refundable Policy All tuition payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: • Withdrawal for any reason • Schedule conflicts or vacations • Illness • Behavioral dismissal • No-shows • Partial attendance • Change of mind Camp CRE8 operates with limited enrollment. Once a seat is reserved, it cannot be resold or credited. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued. Attendance Daily attendance is expected. Missed days are not refunded or credited. Failure to attend does not void financial responsibility. Participation Camp CRE8 is an immersive, hands-on program. Campers are expected to actively participate in all stations and follow studio rules. Repeated refusal to participate may result in dismissal without refund. Behavior Disrespect, unsafe conduct, aggression, damage to equipment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. The Total PKG reserves the right to dismiss any camper whose behavior compromises the experience of others. Dismissal results in no refund. No-Show Policy Failure to attend camp, whether on the first day or at any time during the session, remains non-refundable and non-transferable. Media Release Campers may be photographed or recorded for promotional use. Written notice must be provided prior to camp start to opt out. Late Pick-Up Camp ends at 3:00 PM. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Late fees may apply. By submitting payment, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept all policies above.
